With the Vismo Monitor App, your Security Team or designated administrators can easily stay informed about alerts related to potentially threatening events involving your traveling or lone working employees, even when they are away from their desks.
This powerful app provides essential information to enable swift action in critical situations. Offering immediate access and a user-friendly interface, it empowers organizations to closely monitor and respond to alerts, prioritizing employee safety.
The User Search feature allows administrators to search for an employee by name or email address within the App to see their last known location, without the need to log into the Vismo portal on a laptop or computer. The location address, time, coordinates and what3words will be displayed as well as an option to contact the employee directly.
Employees can raise alerts using the Vismo Locate & Protect App. Its Red Alert feature can be activated easily if an employee finds themselves in a high-risk situation. The alert will then notify security teams or managers through an In-App message on the Vismo Monitor App.
All important details are displayed, including the individual’s last known location on the map, the time and date the alert was activated, their phone number and email address and immediate access to an audio recording from when the alert was activated. The administrator – security team or manager – can press the number to directly call the individual from the app.
Administrators can set up biometric authentication, such as fingerprint sensors or face ID, to securely open the app on their mobile devices. This familiar feature is optional but highly recommended as it’s an important step in protecting sensitive data and enhancing security.
The Vismo Secure Portal is an easy-to-use system for administrators to locate, protect and effectively communicate with their employees to manage and reduce risk. Organizations can add response options to Mass Notifications to easily identify the employees who require assistance. Any ‘red alert’ raised by an employee is instantly displayed on the portal, allowing immediate action to be taken.
To complement the Vismo Secure Portal, its core features are also available to administrators using the Vismo Monitor App, which is especially useful to security teams who may be traveling themselves, or not always with their PC. Delivery of notifications and alerts directly to a mobile device can significantly improve the availability and action from designated responders.
The Vismo Locate & Protect App optimizes location services on smartphones and tablets to understand an employee's whereabouts in relation to risk and to assist their employer in the event of an incident. Highly optimized to provide the most accurate locations but with minimal impact on battery performance, deployment is simple and quick, even to employees already abroad.
