Precision, clarity and control
Since 2022, Fuse has relied on Vismo to help meet its duty of care obligations at major global events. They deploy around 150 tracking licenses per event, ensuring every team member and VIP escort can be accounted for and supported throughout the event lifecycle, from arrival and venue movements to return travel.
At high-profile events such as the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics, Vismo’s technology was used to coordinate and monitor personnel in real time. The ability to define custom Points of Interest (POIs) allowed Fuse to maintain precise location awareness across, often crowded environments. These POIs were easily configured to map key locations such as hotels, venues, and transit hubs, with Vismo’s support team available to assist as needed.

Fuse also leveraged Vismo’s integrated Mass Notification feature to communicate rapidly with teams and VIPs, delivering crucial updates via SMS and in-app alerts. Whether relaying schedule changes or responding to developing incidents, this capability ensured a consistent and coordinated flow of information.
Compliance with Martyn’s Law
With Martyn’s Law (Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill) nearing implementation, organisations are now required to improve security preparedness for public venues and large gatherings.
